• The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all refunds.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange.
